Brad was performing the Firebird:Suite at the Cresent Avenue Church in Plainfield. This was my first attempt at taking video on my Nikon DS3. I will not give up my day job. At the beginning Brad performs a solo. Besides the very hot church temperature, it was a pleasure seeing Brad perform and listening to great music! Video to come once I figure how to get it there and play???
For now the stills will have to do until I figure out how to post a video to my blog? If classical is not your game, Brad has a solo at the very beginning and you can stop it. It is still very cool to have a still camera and be able to “capture ” a moving moment”!

I believe the photos speak for themselves and reveal what a great family the Braverman’s are. Everyone was so much fun and easy going. Even the dog “Aspen”

These photographs are the culmination of my sessions at the City Without Walls Gallery for the Spotlight on Girls Television Productions. They are on view at the Prudential Center outdoor marquee until July 31st. There is a continuous flow across the screen of the cross-cultural images of New Jersey women. The opening screening was followed by a public reception in the Prudential Center’s Verizon Tower. It was very “cool” to see my logo up on a nine story, 4800 square foot screen!

What I love about engagement photography sessions is that you have the time to get to know the bride and groom. By the end of our two hour shoot, I felt like we were old friends. Steven and Kristin picked Drew University because that is where they met. Besides having so many great places to photograph, the whole campus had a very warm and inviting feeling! I know that their wedding will be as much fun and I look forward to being a part of it.
