I met David Waterman many years ago at a Bar Mitzvah that he was the DJ. I was immediately impressed with how he ran the party but more importantly, I was impressed with what a classy and kind man he was. I always wanted to show my appreciation and I thought that a good way would be to photograph his sons. Well, we finally made it happen!
A surprise visit turned into an impromptu mini photo session. It was over 10 years ago that I first met Camila and Javier. Javier was pursuing his passion for photography and Camila came along for the ride. 11 years later they have a great photography busness in NYC and I have a very special relationship with very special people. (Camila came to work with me and was integral in helping me grow the business I have now) What is most important is that 11 years later there is a new addition to this family….MATEO!!!!
The first time I photographed Dafna was at her wedding. It seemed like it was just yesterday yet today I had the pleasure of photographing her maternity portrait.
The Tancer family and I go way back. Lauren is the 3rd member of the family that I had the privilege to photograph in a lifestyle portrait session before their Bar Mitzvahs. Jason’s was at a Skate Park, Matt’s was focused on “Bling” and Lauren’s passion is horses. Once again, I enjoyed every minute (except the heat) and it was great getting to know Lauren as the main attraction and not the little sister!
